Do you have custom color finishes available?
Yes! We can match any non-metallic, solid color in the Sherwin-Williams catalogue—simply indicate the color code (e.g. SW7055 “Enduring Bronze”). If you have a color that you would like matched, we require that you mail us a color swatch, which must be a solid color and at least the size of a quarter.
Please note that custom color finishes must be purchased through our Sales Rep. Please visit the “Where to Buy” section of our website to find one in your area.
Can we paint over the standard clear anodized finish?
We always recommend having our products factory painted for highest quality and performance. It is possible to paint over the anodized finish, but please be advise that it voids the warranty on our products to alter them after we have shipped them out.
What is the warranty info for Seiho Products?
SEIHO INT’L. INC. warranties its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of shipment. This warranty becomes null and void if any modification, misuse or alteration by customer to SEIHO’s specifications, manuals, bulletins, or instructions. SEIHO reserves the right to alter or improve its products at any time and reserves the right to make changes in its brochures and engineering documents.
